Mark smiled back a little and nodded, "Youre very welcome...no need to say thank you." he shook his head. "I was happy to get you something." he chuckled and wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her foward to him. He leaned up and kissed her cheek and then laid his head on top of hers and rocked her gently.

"But I like to say thank you" she chuckled as she smiled at him. Lexie giggled softly when he put his arms around her waist and pulled her to him. She really enjoyed the closeness to him. She kissed his lips lightly and whispered as he rocked her gently, "It's very beautiful....you're very beautiful." she said as she looked up into his eyes, "I mean I know you know you're handsome but you also need to know that you're beautiful" she whispered as she placed her hand on his chest. "beautiful"

Marks heart clenched at her words. He cleared his throat and blinked, nodding. He knew he was handsome, he heard it a lot, from a lot of different people, though he never heard that he was beautiful before. He smiled a little, his lips tight, not knowing what to say to that. After a long minute he cleared his throat again, "Youre beautiful too, Lexie.."

Lexie smiled at him softly as he gave her a small smile. She knew that she sometimes made him uncomfortable with the nice things she told him but she had to express her feelings to him. "Thank you Mark" she said in a soft voice as she got on her tippy toes and kissed his lips lightly. "Tell me you love you me?" she said in a soft whisper as she looked into his eyes.

He looked at her and furrwoed his brows, "You know I do." he said in a low voice. He reached up and gently touched her cheek. "Lexie...you know I do...and you know how hard it is for me to say these things.."

Lexie licked her lower lip and nodded as she looked back at the breakfast they were cooking, "I know it's hard" she said sincerely as she served the eggs onto a plate. "It's not easy for me either Mark" she said as she turned to face him. "My heart is in your hands. You have my whole life in your hands" she said in a soft voice as she looked away. "I know you love me and I know it's hard for you to say it out loud. I understand that baby." she said as she placed the plate on the small table that was a few feet away from where Mark stood.

Mark looked at her and furrowed his brows, "Im sorry that its so hard for me to say it." he shook his head. "I want to be the man that you deserve but I dont think I ever will be." he said to her. "I want to be...so badly...but I dont know if I can be...Im a mess..and Lex I love you...and I want to keep doing that..."

"You're everything I want and so much more Mark!" she said as she placed her hands on his cheeks. She looked straight into his beautiful light eyes, "I love you. You love me. That's all that matters Mark." she said with a smile "That's all that matters to me. That's all I need" She whispered as she kissed his lips softly.

Mark sighed heavily and looked at her and kissed her back. "Okay, Lex.." he mumbled and kissed her forehead. "Whatever you say." he smiled a little bit. He sat down at the table and looked at the food with a small smile. "This looks great."

"Hopefully it tastes great too" she chuckled as she brought her plate to the table and sat down. She began eating her pancakes and smiled, "They're delicious honey!" she said as she smiled at her boyfriend. "Do you like the eggs?" she asked curiously as she looked up at him.

Mark smiled and nodded as he cut and ate one of the eggs. "They are amazing." he said to her. "Im glad that you can make eggs even though you cant eat them.." he said, though he didnt kiss her because he didnt want any kind of egg to touch her skin. "Thank you very much."

"You're welcome darling" she said with a soft smile as she continued eating her pancakes. She took her necklace in her fingertips and absentmindedly played with with. "So what are our plans for today, Mark? Surgery?" she asked curiously as she took a sip of orange juice.

He nodded, "Yeah....three of them...burn victim...facial reconstruction and fixing a kids really badly broken nose." he smiled a little as he finished his breakfast. He let out a breath and closed his eyes. He opened them slowly and smiled a little.

She sighed softly, "Three very interesting surgeries baby" she said in a soft voice. Lexie smiled at him sweetly, "Did you like your breakfast?" she asked curiously as she looked up into his blue eyes. "I really hope you liked it" she said sincerely.

He smiled and nodded, "Of course I liked it." he kissed her gently. "I loved it. It was very good. Some of the surgeries are interesting...the recontruction sould be the best...would you like to join?" he asked her with a small grin. "I might let you do the whole thing by yourself."
