In the next few days (once he's accepted)...
Dr. Robert Maxwell Wilde, high profile Cardio God, will be taking over Dr. Altman's position as Head of Cardiology.
Dr. Wilde has taken the position only to see Teddy. Once a resident with her @ George Washington University Medical School in DC. He kept in contact with her and ended up at Mass Gen for his fellowship working under Dr. Harper Avery, before his retirement. He met back up with her when she worked at Columbia until she left to join The Army Medical Corps.
They had lost touch during the years. Dr. Wilde has always had a thing for Dr. Altman and although he is taking over her job, he is going to try to beg her to stay.
Teddy has choices to make. Leave and get over Owen on her own or stay and have Dr. Wilde ease the pain??
